In order to develop the human resources to support the Government's Thailand 4.0 initiative, the Ministry of Education and Pearson Education Limited have partnered to bring BTEC curriculums to Thailand. Under this partnership, KMITL was chosen to be one of the first institutions to offer BTEC courses. After working closely with the staff team from Pearson Education Limited and with generous financial support from the Ministry of Education, KMITL established the KMITL-BTEC Center, which was officially approved by Pearson in May 2019. Initially, the Center is to offer English-taught BTEC courses to selected undergraduate students at KMITL. The first batch of students is expected to be admitted in August 2019.
